New Build Snagging
With years of new build experience at major UK new-build housing developments, APL can offer independent advice and assurance when assessing whether your new home is of a satisfactory standard.
We offer two levels of inspection, a pre-completion inspection or a post-completion inspection. Our pre-completion inspection meets New Homes Quality Board requirements and is an entry-level assessment of your home. The post-completion inspection is a more detailed inspection, where we can also use advanced equipment to check your home.
